In addition to our direct collection of information, an external PCI compliant payment gateway (PayPal) handles all credit card transactions. This third-party service may collect personal information from our Customers. We use YouTube to host videos, which allows them to collect information from you when the videos are played. We cannot control how these third parties use such information. We use Personally Identifiable Information to make appropriate service offerings and to fulfill class registration requests on the Site. We may email Visitors and Customers about class discounts, events, registration reminders, new class offerings or services, announcements, or changes to this privacy policy. Also, we may use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.

With whom may the information may be shared?

Foley Academy of Irish Dance does not share, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Personally Identifiable Information that Foley Academy of Irish Dance collects is securely stored. It is not accessible to third parties. Only the director/owner of the Foley Academy has access to Personally Identifiable Information. We keep the computers/servers in which we store Personally Identifiable Information in a secure environment.

All credit card transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Foley Academy of Irish Dance dance not collect credit card information via the Site. Instead, we use a secure third-party service provider to process credit card transactions for class registrations.
